Once you have purchased your Think Digital First course, you will have access to it straight away, 24/7 365 days per year. If you are unhappy about your purchase, you have 30 days to notify us of this and we will refund your purchase.

We store information within the following systems: Encrypted Microsoft Office Documents, G Suite, Highrise CMS, Ruzuku and Infusionsoft. Secure user profiles are stored within the WordPress databases of warren-knight.com and thinkdigitalfirst.com.
All administration level users for thinkdigitalfirst.com, warren-knight.com and wkinstitute.com were confirmed in April 2018. A maintenance contract is held with a third-party supplier to ensure that each website is continuously checked for security updates and software updated monthly.

We obtain the information by the following means: personal contact with you, email, web visitors, advertising, events, web registration, user profile registration and newsletter sign up forms on thinkdigitalfirst.com, warren-knight.com and wkinstitute.com
